"Emerge as a resource center for developing entrepreneurial thinking among young Saudis to start new Businesses and develop innovative growth strategies for existing businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East".

The process of developing entrepreneurial thinking can be defined as identifying a set attitudes, belief and values in a society and environment which needs to be tackled so that the individuals exhibit entrepreneurial behavior and demonstrate aspiration towards being self employed, being independent and in the process, seek opportunity for expression of creative potential, an aptitude for accepting challenges and taking moderate calculated risks. This could be achieved by Systematic aiming interventions and experiential learning techniques in the education system and training programs. Developing entrepreneurial behavior will also help individuals become entrepreneurial managers while they choose careers. Then there are existing entrepreneurs who have started business and are surviving by experimenting their management systems by trial and error, they need to be assisted by modern management tools and techniques, growths plans and make them globally competitive and contribute to the Saudi economy.

Objectives

• Stimulate and augment the entrepreneurial spirits and skills among young Saudis to create new small and medium enterprises that contribute to Saudi Economy and employment.
• Enhance Entrepreneurial values among educated youth and facilitate their choosing Entrepreneurship as preferred career.
• Facilitate introduction of entrepreneurship courses in education system.
• Promote the development of competent intrapreneurship in strategic industries.
• Networking with national and international agencies for developing & promoting entrepreneurship, facilitating technology transfer, product development, partnering and market accessibility
• Create a conducive business environment for emergence, sustenance and growth of the enterprises in general and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in particular by orienting bankers and other officials of the support system.
• Support by action research and consulting for existing Business to strategic planning and managing growth.
• Institutionalize entrepreneurship development by creating a cadre of Saudi competent trainers, motivators and business councilors.
